The depths of the knowledge and wisdom of the Father, and of His good plans for us, are unfathomable. Google, AI and Chat GPT are imbecilic (considered foolish or stupid) as compared to Him, but He delights in revealing Himself and giving understanding to those who seek Him with humble heart and teachable spirit.
I might be a slow learner, or maybe it is that I have been so deep in the forest that it just takes a long time for me to get back out and into brighter light. Or maybe I’m just a normal human being. I don’t know for sure, but I do know that God continues to teach me and train me in His knowledge and His ways and I like it. I want more. And then I’ll want more.
I have, for over 50-years, embraced the truth of II Corinthians 3:18, that we are being transformed, ever so little by ever so little, into the image of Christ. That is – I have been, am being, and will be – becoming more like Jesus until I take my first breath in heaven.
This truth gives me perspective on the events of 2025 in general, but most specifically on the wrestlings that took place within my own soul. And it gives me hope for me, and for you, in the New Year.
