I’ve seen a lot of controversy but nothing with the power to separate a nation, friends, churches and families like the jab does. Hell celebrates.
It has taken us to new levels of throwing others into broad categories of supposedly irrational beliefs that assumedly lead to actions with dire consequences. Opposing high stakes viewpoints held with equal passion and having moral/spiritual empowerment are never resolved with personal judgments and character assassinating jabs (punt intended).
We typically judge an opinion-rival as being on the extreme end of a belief, thus reinforcing our position. Consider how you look at those who think differently than you on today’s hot topics. Few are as extreme as you assume them to be.
FOR EXAMPLE
I join the many non-jabbers who are not anti-vaxxers in general, or even against others re the jab. Some of my most cherished friends and family have gotten it and I accept that as their choice. One of us is more accurately informed than the other and time will tell.
And while I believe that manipulation and inappropriate power mark our government’s approach to this, I’m not anti-government or a Jan. 6 insurrectionist. Is that okay?
Nor am I a negative, fearful, doomsday person – – but wouldn’t you agree that our world is in deep trouble? And agree that Jesus has always expected the Church to live as though we are in the End Times – – which calls us to serious change today?
And please don’t judge me as inhumane. Even if you do consider me misinformed, will you accept my testimony that my concern about the jab is because I care deeply about people?
And yes, I do think there’s a conspiracy behind what’s happening today, and that the dark spirit of Satan’s conspiracy against God and humanity is being expressed in several aspects of the jab phenomena. Could anything less, wreak such global havoc?
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” Eph. 6:12 niv
May God counsel our minds and hearts as we continue to seek and serve Him together! We need each other, vaccinated or not.
